STEP 3 - Terms and Conditions Consent
The Stallholder grants Perth Upmarket a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty free, perpetual licence to use the images in the promotion of Perth /Art Upmarket events. The Stallholder warrants that it has the right to grant the above licence as the owner of the copyright of the images or has permission from the owner of the copyright of the images to grant this licence. The Stallholder indemnifies Perth Upmarket against any proceedings brought against Perth Upmarket for infringement of copyright or moral rights of the images and against any otherwise unauthorised use of the images, including but not limited to all costs, losses and legal expenses on a full indemnity basis.*
