Perth Upmarket founder, Justine Barsley, moved to Perth in 2006 and found that whilst there was alot of creative people, they were a bit hard to find. She found it difficult to find a regular high quality market to sell her own designs and from this evolved the concept of Perth Upmarket.
Are you looking to experience a market which is full of original handcrafted designs that are stylish, unique and exceptional quality?
Perth Upmarket brings together Perth's talented artists, designers, stylists, craftspeople and gourmets all under one roof. The product mix is diverse ranging from handmade clothing, cupcakes, wall art, cards, homewares, jewellery to skin care products. The market will allow Perth shoppers who appreciate the handmade to connect with the talented creators.
Established in 2008, Perth Upmarket has quickly established itself as Perth's Premier Quarterly market for handcrafted wares. Due its popularity, in 2010 Perth Upmarket will move from the Perth Town Hall to the beautiful Winthrop Hall which is part of the University of Western Australia. The new venue offers more room for customer as well as easy access and free parking.
